Gemma Howarth

Hi, I’m Gemma Howarth, the founder of The VA Growth Academy Ltd and Gemma Howarth Virtual Business Services Ltd.

My journey as a Virtual Assistant began in March 2022, and in just over a year, I built a fully booked business, expanded my team, and achieved milestones I once only dreamed of.

But my success didn’t come overnight. It was the result of countless hours of learning, late nights, and relentless determination to make my business thrive. I experienced the highs and lows of the VA industry firsthand and learned that strong foundations, clear boundaries, and unwavering self-belief were the keys to sustainable growth.

I’m passionate about helping other VAs build their own successful businesses, which is why I created The VA Growth Academy. I’m here to share everything I’ve learned—what works, what doesn’t, and how you can achieve your own version of success. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your VA business to the next level, I’m here to guide, support, and cheer you on every step of the way.
