Gemma Howarth
I’m Gemma, founder of The VA Growth Academy and a successful VA agency.
I started my own VA business in 2022 and, within just over a year, had built a fully booked business and started growing my team.
Since then, I've experienced pretty much every stage of growing a VA business - finding clients, raising prices, managing capacity, setting boundaries, building systems, bringing associates into the business and figuring out how to grow without simply adding more hours to my working week.
And I've learned a lot along the way.
That's why I created The VA Growth Academy.
I don't believe there's one blueprint for building a successful VA business.
Your goals, circumstances and version of success might look completely different to somebody else's.
My role is to help you work out what that looks like for you — and then give you the strategy, support, accountability and sometimes the push you need to make it happen.
Because I don't just teach VAs how to build a business. I'm still running and growing one myself.
